Physical Therapist - Mansfield

April Rew
PT, DPT
April Rew, PT, DPT, is a proud Mansfield native and Timberview High School alum (Go Wolves!) who’s excited to care for the community that raised her. She discovered her passion for physical therapy while working as a tech at Texas A&M University’s student health center, where she saw firsthand how PT can make a meaningful impact. With encouragement from her mentor, April pursued her DPT at Angelo State University, graduating in 2016. She was recognized with the Clinical Excellence Award and the TPTA Midwest District Award of Excellence.
April enjoys treating both pre- and post-operative patients and is passionate about educating and empowering people throughout their recovery. She has a special interest in vestibular rehab and concussion care and plans to pursue specialist certification in this area.
She was drawn to Therapy Excellence for its patient-first culture, team approach, and strong support for clinician growth.
Outside of work, April enjoys collecting vinyl, attending live music, photography, and writing her first book. She also loves exploring the outdoors with her husband, toddler, and dog—especially hiking, camping, and family trips to Disney and Universal Studios.

Physical Therapist - Mansfield

Donnie Phan
PT, DPT
Donnie Phan was inspired to pursue a career in Physical Therapy through a combination of personal experience and professional curiosity. Witnessing his grandfather face the challenges of multiple strokes later in life, paired with seeing friends thrive in the therapy world, sparked his interest in the power of exercise-based rehabilitation and the difference it can make in people’s lives.
Donnie completed his undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University. His path to becoming a PT was shaped by a major career change, during which he balanced full-time work and night school to meet the prerequisites for PT school. During that time, he also dedicated countless hours volunteering in therapy clinics, which helped solidify his decision to fully commit to the profession.
Donnie enjoys working with middle-aged to older adults, particularly those dealing with orthopedic issues such as knee, shoulder, and lumbar conditions. He also has a passion for treating patients with neurological diagnoses, including stroke (CVA), spinal cord injuries, and Parkinson’s disease.
He chose to join Therapy Excellence after learning more about the team’s strong values, collaborative environment, and genuine commitment to patient care—all qualities that aligned with the type of clinic he wanted to be a part of.
Outside of work, Donnie values time with his wife, their two children, and their three dogs. He also enjoys working out, running, and playing tennis whenever he can.

Graham Easom
PT, DPT
Graham Easom joined Therapy Excellence Physical Therapy with a strong passion for helping patients achieve their best possible recovery. A graduate of West Texas A&M in 2019, Graham went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of St. Augustine, Dallas campus, in April 2024.
Graham has a particular interest in working with patients who suffer from low back pain, recognizing it as one of the most prevalent diagnoses in America. His goal is to become highly proficient in addressing this issue, ensuring that his patients experience the quickest recovery possible. Additionally, he enjoys working with runners, focusing on correcting pain and poor mechanics to help them return to the activities they love. Graham is also pursuing certifications in dry needling and manual therapy to further enhance his skills.
Graham chose to join Therapy Excellence because he was captivated by the positive work environment and the exceptional quality of care provided by the team. He admired how the therapists made the rehabilitation process smooth, efficient, and enjoyable, and he aspires to bring the same level of care and dedication to his patients.
Outside of work, Graham enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, staying active in the young adult group at Christ Chapel, and working out. He is excited to be a part of the Therapy Excellence team and looks forward to making a positive impact on the lives of his patients.
